Regrettably, my recent encounter with RAKVA has been far from satisfactory, prompting me to share my disappointing experience. My order, marked by delayed delivery and incorrect items being dispatched, reflects a level of service that falls well below acceptable standards.
The delayed delivery was an inconvenience in itself, but receiving the wrong order compounded the frustration. Despite reaching out to RAKVA to address this issue, the absence of adequate compensation for the inconvenience caused was deeply disappointing. Their failure to rectify the mistake or offer recompense only amplified the dissatisfaction stemming from the initial errors.
Moreover, I sought escalation to the owners or higher management to address these glaring shortcomings, only to be met with unresponsiveness. The lack of consideration or acknowledgement of my escalation request further illustrates a disconcerting disregard for customer concerns.
As a result of these multiple failures in service delivery and customer care, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend RAKVA to others seeking reliable and attentive service. The absence of timely resolution, rectification, or compensation for their errors leaves much to be desired in terms of their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Given this unfortunate experience, I must assign a zero rating to reflect the disappointment and frustration encountered throughout this transaction. I hope RAKVA can reflect on these issues and take the necessary steps to improve its services, address customer grievances, and prioritise rectification and customer satisfaction in the future.
